Mix Together:
2 c sugar
2 c brown sugar
2 cubes butter
2 cubes margarine
4 eggs
2 tsp real vanilla
Add:
4 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
5 c oatmeal
1 bag chocolate chips
opt. nuts
Bake @ 375 for 10 mins
or @ 400 for 6-8 mins
These are so good. You need to almost undercook them. Later, you can warm them up in the microwave and they taste like you just pulled them out of the oven. It took me a couple of tries to figure out how long to cook them. Enjoy
